Despite having to change my arrival time and being late because of heavy traffic, the representative was there to meet me on time and again when i returned at 10.30 at night my car was delivered within 5 minutes. Excellent service.

The instructions regarding the Car park charge on arrival:- All vehicles being dropped off will be charged £5 and on exist will be charged £6 vehicle exit fee by Manchester Airport on the collection and returning of the vehicle which V.I.P Meet & Greet will not be liable for. This will be payable on your return This needs elaborating as your driver that collected my car wanted £5 cash and we didn't have any UK money with us but we did give it to the driver that delivered the car back to us at the end of our trip. Also for the £6 exit this can be paid by card so this would be useful to know on your instructions.

Booked online to travel on June 3rd. Very easy to find the car park and plenty of spaces available for us. On return to Bristol again no queuing and we left easy without fuss. Would dedinately book with them again.

Unfortunately, Aero Travel had not sent our reservation over to Blue Circle Parking and, therefore, they were not expecting us. The Blue Circle staff at the airport, however, were efficient and rapidly prepared the paperwork so that we would not be delayed. On our return 2 days later, Blue Circle had still not received our booking.

These guys were fantastic. My plans changed a few times and they were not only incredibly accommodating but always bang on time. I had to drop off, be picked up, return the next day, pick up a few days later although I was unsure on which particular day at first, they were completely understanding and accommodating to my changing schedule recognising it was out of my hands during a very tough time for me. I could not have asked for more and really want to show my appreciation through this positive review. I will definitely use this company again.

Really it’s a good service in general. I would recommend it but I propose to improve it.Make it more clear the places where to drop off car and where to collect it. And one more serious objection- when I collected my car it was very heavy smoke smell inside. We do not smoke and it took us some time to clear air.

We had a great experience, when we arrive at the airport we find a valet ready to pickup the car, when we return back we had the car returns in a very reasonable time. Great courtesy, very efficient. I recommend this Company.

I cannot fault the service. Phone was answered promptly, staff friendly and professional, car returned in the same condition as I left it. What more could you ask for? Top marks and will use again, assuming we will ever be able to travel again?!
