A quick, cheap and simple alternative to using the Long Stay car park, however there were just a few miner issues. 1. On the day of drop-off we had to call several times until someone finally picked up to drop off the car. This meant that no one was at the car park when we arrived and meant that we had to hang around for a bit. 2. When collecting our car it took approximately 20 minutes to arrive which is what they advertise. The only problem i found was that whomever had been driving our car had decided to change every possible setting they could (wipers, lights, air con, radio, satnav etc) which was frustrating and unnecessary.

Exccellent service except the driver at the drop off forgot to come. It took longer than 20 minutes at pick up but not too much of a problem. Drivers polite and friendly. Would definitely use again.

think that the £4 charge in and out of airport , £8 should be mentioned when booking the car, or included in the price

Everything ran very smoothly

Great service. The staff were very friendly. We only booked about an hour before we arrived at Gatwick due to our usual driver not turning up, so they couldn't find our booking at first but it was no problem, they met us in the designated area in front of the Premier Inn and just looked at my booking on my iPhone and everything went very smoothly from then on. Collection was absolutely no problem at all. We called them when we were in the arrivals hall and they were waiting with our car in the same place. Very pleased with the service, thank you.

excellent service - driver was waiting for us on drop off - quick and efficient and on arrival they already knew our flight had landed and had called to arrange pick up and called before i'had even switched on my phone. driver s very polite and chatty - would definately recommend

A very proactive service. They called us both ahead of our departure and also after the plane landed on arrival to confirm preferred meeting points. Very efficient !

I had a bit of difficulty finding the drop-off point, but once there the whole thing was smooth and quick. Due to travel issues, I asked them to keep the car an extra day, which they were happy to do for a small fee. Next day they brought the car to the front door of my hotel at Gatwick! Brilliant service, inexpensive too. Friendly, helpful staff. Definitely recommended.

Bit delayed on picking up our car. Took about 20 minutes waiting but kept us informed. Perfect timing on pick up 20 minutes after calling the centre.

In the last minute they changed the place of the pick-up and the drop-off place. Instead of the short car park it was in the drop-offs area. But I didn’t care and also I didn’t have to pay the £4.

From start to finish they were great. We called them 30mins before we were going to arrive and they met us at the drop off area so we walked straight into the terminal. After landing and having a delay with the airline, we were an hour later than expected, I kept them uptodate throughout and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. First Time I had used them and I will use them only from now on, highly recommend.
