Effortless process

I was trying this method of airport car parking whilst we went on holiday for the first time and found it to be quick, clear and easy. We saved in terms of time, effort and money and I will certainly keep doing it in future (unless I can get a kind friend to drop us off and pick us up when we return!) Runway Park and Fly Ltd were very good value in comparison to others providing a similar service and I found their representatives to be friendly, polite and helpful.

There was no hassle at all, dropping off and picking up my car was a very quick and easy process and all the staff were so helpful and kind!

the staff are all friendly and extremely helpful, our car broke down in the car park and all staff assisted with the issue by putting themselves out for us, excellent service all round.

Drop-off was not as smooth as hoped but quickly resolved and the rest of the service was excellent - pick-up in particular was fast, friendly and efficient as car was there when I arrived at the pick-up zone. Would definitely recommend to others.

Brilliant service - we travel fairly regularly and frequently have dreadful service from meet and greet operators. We will be using these guys for life now! I was late to drop the car and the driver was already waiting for me at airport drop off area. Very nice friendly person and on the way back only had to wait 20-25 mins after our call to office to get the car back. I would definitely use and recommend their service agai.

I thought everything was good apart from the fact that the postcode in my confirmation email sent me to the old site which delayed me sufficiently to just miss my plane. I wish I had asked to get to the airport more quickly from the drop off point.

An excellent and very good value service. It took me two goes to find the site, but once there it was easy and the staff very friendly. The shuttle service to the airport was efficient and convenient.

The whole experience was very efficient and extremely good value for money. The drop off was easy and the chap very friendly. Perhaps my only criticism was on the return when we arrived back at Terminal 2. We called once we had collected our luggage but had to wait almost half an hour for the car to arrive. As we had been in a hot climate for a couple of weeks we found it very cold waiting for the car. Maybe it would be better if one called before collecting the luggage? That apart we would definitely use the company again and I would certainly recommend Kangaroo Meet and Greet to friends.

Excellent.I managed to make an error in my days and needed 1day less .One of your staff phoned and said I would need to pay£25 more . Ridiculous and shameful. Fortunately no one demanded it or collected it . The attendants were very helpful.

Excellent service, very smooth and friendly. Even upgraded me to drop my car straight to the airport on the way back which saved me lots of time. May just recommend that they add some signs so it is easier to find the carpark on arrival. Thank you for a great service!

We called an 45 minutes before we dropped car off and when we arrived at the airport we still had to wait another half an hour plus which then caused stress. When we spoke to the chap about it he was very rude and had the attitude that he didn’t care and it wasn’t his fault it was the traffic. Funny that as we had to drive through traffic to but managed to get to the airport

Bad customer service.. on returning from my flight when I rang for my car,,the reception put the phone down on me.. after a compliained about lateness in returning the car.

We were let down by another meet and greet when we couldn’t contact them on the day and booked with a2z 15 minutes before drop off, they were very efficient. Car did not have excessive mileage on on return either, thank you for your service

On the return the bus pickup didn't come at the time stated plus it was raining hard, the bus came 20 minutes later. my car is a mobility car which they knew about & my walker goes in the boot & they parked my car boot end to the fence with overgrown branches
