The best meet and greet service that we have used. No problems or wait for either drop off or collection

Excellent service for the money. I would recommend changing the printed drop off instructions. The instructions told us to go to level 4 instead of level 5, we had to pay £4 for no reason.

They arrived 1h late for meet and greet, almost missed my flight. On the way back, we had to go through several levels of parking to find them and the girl driving the car just walk off us without doing proper hand over. Unacceptable, spare your money and go with another company.

These guys are spot on. The picking up and dropping off procedure couldn't have been smoother. My partner was very ill when we got back and they couldn't have been more patient for her. When we got back to our car it was ready and warm, to get in and go straight away. Top service from these guys. I will definitely be using them again

Only slight issue was that i arrived early due to lighter traffic than expected on 100 mile trip early morning on M25 and had a delay in car collection, so had to wait in departure drop off zone T5 for 35 mins and was concerned that stopping there would have caused a police issue, although they appeared to turn a blind eye to my waiting in the car

Excellent service. In future if they aware the customer ‘the place of pick up is the same place of drop off’ it’s easy to remember. They can send customer by text or the drip off drivers should remind the customer. I will come back agiain.

Polite staff both on drop off and pick up. Very punctual.

The actual process was easy. What I didnt appreciate was on pick up, the driver parked my car in a deep puddle and aeay from the curb so i couldnt load my bags where hed parked it and i had to get in the car from the passenger side and climb over to the drivers seat in order to move the car forward to move out of the puddle. There was just no common sense used on the deliver drivers part. Also my car was covered in mud, including the inside footwell on the drivers side. It certainly wasnt dropped off in that state and it came back absolutely filthy so i have no idea where its been stored but obviously it was a bit disappointing to have it returned like that.

Really good guys here !! Airport is about 10 min drive away which they shuttle you to.......As soon as I picked up my suitcase I gave them a call and they were at the pickup point within 15 min......I highly recommend and would defiantly use again, Thank you to the drivefly team !!!
