The only problem we is person who come to us from Heathrow Terminal 2 this was not helpus at all and ignorant as we had disabled child with lots of bag and Wheelchair but he did not bother to help even one bag compare to the first Person who was very helpful and friend by the name Yasin if i m not mistake

Perhaps a map to show which car park you are meant to drop off your car would help because if it’s your first visit to Manchester it makes it difficult with so many car parks available to you and maybe your staff could wear a nice bright hi vis vest so we know who we are looking for on arrival, maybe a bright pink one so you stand out from others, apart from that service was excellent

Couldn’t fault it Negatives, took time for the car to be returned and there was a mark on the vehicle but that came off.

What a Great Service, Within 5 minuets of parking my car at the Observatory car park I was being driven away to Heathrow Airport, And on returning from my holiday before I had a chance to make a phone call to arrange to be picked up they called me " You have landed" and we will be there to pick you up.
