The drop off location given by A2Z was not exactly correct so check with Parkingbox before arriving.

We were very happy with the service from start to finish.

We arrived early morning in the dark and it was very confusing as to where the location was. We had to phone the number about 5 times even when given the postcode. If they said it was near the Shell garage, that may have helped. Other than this, they were very friendly and efficient. Waited 20 mins to be picked up in minibus and some people had no seats. I would still use them again.

My only issue was the NPR didn't work and no-one answered the call button so we were obliged to take a chip token. I emailed the company while on holiday asking if they could sort the issue but had no response. When we came to leave, we had to press the call button and go through all our details before the barrier lifted. Having said all that I would use them again, hopefully they will have had communication training by then.

Had to wait 45 minutes for driver to take car on arrival despite phoning 20 minutes before arrival time, kept getting be there soon message. Not happy about that at all. Pick up process though went without a hitch so somewhat redeemed. Price was good compared to others

Found it difficult to find drop off point, but the man who collected car found us !! On our return our car (which is only one year old) would not start but again the staff collected us from the airport and dropped us by our car so that we could either call the AA or try ourselves - we did manage to start the car and go on our way.The staff were very very helpful at this stressful period. Would definately recommend

Drop off was ok but we phoned 2min prior to parking and still waited for 25min when we arrived . Pick up was very frustrating!! We called as soon as we landed even though we had given times etc and we waited for 1hr 45 min for our car to arrive , after being on a flight for 8hours it’s not what I needed .

The drop off and pick up at orange 1 are very easy. We were confused that there was not a sign forA2Z or an operative wearing a vest with the name. Quick and efficient handover but not particularly friendly

Easy to book, we are regular customers and find that staff are helpful without being intrusive. The timekeeping was excellent, we did not really have to wait. Excellent service, already booked again for our winter break.

Kangaroo never answered the phone so could never meet for the drop off - had to make alternative arrangements. General google search shows similar issues.I did get a call after landing about them dropping car back to them - I had to point out that they didnt have my car. A2Z were great at sorting it out. Best after trying many here are Terminals Parking (used 8+ times and consistently good) and then Rapid. Not tried all though.

The only bad thing I have to say about A2Z Parking is that they did not pick up the phone when I called both approaching Gatwick and once I'd collected my luggage on the way home. However, the chap called me back within a couple of minutes both times. The process of dropping the car was very quick and was done in a couple of minutes. He seemed to be the only A2Z person working which was probably why he didn't pick up my call. We had to wait about 10 minutes for the car to appear for collection. There was no evidence of any A2Z people at the pick-up point so we were a little unsure if we were in the right place.

Excellent services, collected on time and delivered on time. The only issue was a bit of scratches on my car door, but apart from that all good. I will recommend...and use again. Thanks

Instructions for pickup weren’t quite correct for Terminal 4 as car was on alternate floor, but this was quickly sorted out with a phone call.

Very helpful as we parked on wrong level to start with. Only issue was that when we picked car up we had to pay £4 on exit even though we just got in car and left. Good service, friendly and secure

This company was both late on drop off and pick-up by 30 mins even though we had called as advised on landing on when last baggage item was collected. When we advised this was not acceptable for M&G service the operator was very rude and aggressive and put the phone down on us. I would strongly recommend other customers pay extra for a professional service as we will definitely not be using them again.

Only improvements would be for drivers to be more formally uniformed, pick up process involved around 10 mins waiting (so not long at all really!) which would have been sped up had we called before bags were collected, not after as advised however, appreciate this is because bags may take a long time to pick up and therefore their staff may have to wait around for considerably longer. Great experience overall

We were a little apprehensive as we had heard (after booking of course!) horror stories about various companies. However we needn't have worried. We rang 20 minutes before we arrived to find that when we got to the car park the man collecting the cars didnt have a card with our details on- Hear we go- I thought but no- he very quickly sorted it- rang his office looked at the copy of the confirmation I had and completed the form himself. So we put that down to an admin oversight that was very quickly sorted. On our return and arriving back 15 minutes early- I rang as per instructions after we had collected our baggage and then made our way to the terminal. There was someone waiting with our keys and our car sitting there, in exactly the same condition we had left it in. Brilliant- beats waiting for shuttle bus or cabs that are late/dont turn up. I would thoroughly recommend Sure Parking and will definitely be using them again.
