Easy and trouble free best way to start the holiday

The staff during the early hours of the morning were very professional and helpful. Which we greatly appreciated. We were did not have to wait to be picked up or dropped off, so it was very good and saved a LOT of stress for us. Which is important when travelling.

Once we found the place, simple pain free process didn't know why we didn't do it years ago.

Initally entrance was difficult to find but after phoning & speaking to pleasant young man,I found out I was only 30 seconds away & get clear directions there after.Had just missed courtesy bus so had to wait 15mins but tgere was a wsiting area with a heater so no problem there.The only down side are the mimi buses to transfer you to & from airport they are a bit worn inside.Would definitely use again.

Parking was very straightforward and the car park was easy to find despite all the traffic diversions in the area. The only issue was that my number plate was not recognised and I had to call the attendant to resolve that issue.

Very good service, everything went fine. One observation, a sign to show where to go at drop off area would be good, I spent 10 minutes queuing for the wrong company.

what a fantastic service , great staff also has a good laugh with the young driver they had who dropped me off and picked me up from what was a long trip to China. Highly recommend.

Everything went as expected No unexpected changes or incidents and the operation worked quite quickly. I had expected some difficulties with such an early start (5 a.m.) but as stated all went well.!

Punctual and efficient

Overall good experience except that instructions for parking the car on arrival are not clear - you have to park in a disabled spot. On return, I received a call asking if we were ready to collect the cars. Make sure you are ready as you only have 30mins from the time they drop off your car - its £8 to exit after 30mins and £4 within the 30mins.

Drop off and pick up was simple. Even the pick up was good. I gave them the wrong pick up time so they had to find my car, man on phone was a bit annoyed but sorted it out quickly. The person dropping car off was polite and had no issues.
