Initial issue with drop off but after that, all went smoothly and car ready on time for pick up

Advise you research the location of drop off carefully, it is tricky to find which can be stressful and allow time for traffic jams although when you have been once there should be no problem. Again I was a bit unsure of the pick up location within the airport but was reassured by the staff. The location is in Slough so the pick up times are dependent on road traffic which can be slow (school traffic) but if this is factored in then not a problem. For me after the initial worries I would now feel confident using A2Z again; the staff are very helpful, professional and friendly, the car was ready and waiting and the value for money is an important factor considering the cost of travel/holidays. Thank you A2Z, I would definitely recommend a great service.

Need to provide much better directions to the car park. For a driver unfamiliar with the area the directions provided were not adequate. It took me 70 minutes to find the car park from J 5 off the M4. Also signage on entering the car park was inadequate In all other respects the service was good

Good experience over all. Were a little earlier to drop off than expected. Was told to wait outside car park but ended up at Mac Donald’s and had to buy a coffee to get out of their car park!!!

Drop off- fantastic drop off no complaints at all Pick up- was told to call when going through security at airport. I called and they said go to the pick up point I was at the pick up point from the moment of phone call 11 minutes... I called to say I was there and was told “you have missed the bus” another one will be there in 10 - 12 minutes.... 1 hour and 10 minutes later of standing in the cold pick up point and 2 Phone calls from me to the driver who each time was “a minute away” to then be picked up at airport and driven to another terminal to collect and wait for someone else to then finally get on our way. The driver of the minibus the whole journey was either texting while driving or was on the telephone running personal errands organising his night out and “how messy” it was going to be.... and how the fight was going to be “sick” I Would not use ever again and would not recommend to anyone

Streamline drop off process but despite following instructions to be letter, the return part of our service was sadly no good and we had to wait 15 mins for our car to be brought to us.

Easy clear instructions. Drop off and pick up easy. Car in same condition it was left in. Only dropped one star as when I called for pick up on arrival back in uk was told collection was booked at a different time and it was blocked in so needed to wait half hour. Would use again

Drop off driver was very friendly , chatting , very helpful with bags . Pick up driver ( can’t remember his name ) , didn’t offer to help as I had to load bags to vehicle , didn’t say a word till got to my vehicle ( bad customer service ).he is the reason for my average ratings

Slightly difficult to find even with the postcode and rather a long wait to be picked up, but otherwise first class and we will definitely use the company again.

At drop off they were there and after 2 or 3 minutes at collection point my car was returned and I was on my way home. Best service I have used so far.

Very good, my only criticism would be... I bought a 32% voucher off Groupon for 4quid and when I entered it only took about 10quid off the total which wasn't what was advertised, this was a bit disappointing but I couldn't be bothered to complain as I was happy with the service and still feel it was value for money, would definitely use again.

After queuing for an hour to get through passport control, I'm so glad I booked this. The car was waiting for us ready to drive home. Fantastic!
