A really easy and efficient way to leave my car at Heathrow. Called 25 minutes before arrival and their representative was waiting on arrival and then called at passport control and car was waiting for me on my return to car park. Staff are all really friendly. Would definitely use again

It’s the first time I’ve used a meet and greet service and I’m so pleased I went with Parking box. Communication was great throughout. Polite, professional and very helpful! The instructions we were given were very clear. The driver was waiting to collect our car at Heathrow when we arrived and he was waiting again once we returned. I would have no hesitation in using this company again! We usually uses taxis but now with a baby, it’s much easier to use your own car! Thanks again for the great service.

Our drop off driver was courteous, obliging, friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service. We were disappointed not to get him for the pick up.

This service was very easy and ran smoothly, the last thing you need as a traveling passenger is delays. They were punctual on time for our drop off and just as punctual on our return. The operative from the company was Thasan, he was very polite and helpful. An employee you can be proud of.

Excellent service!

Only had to wait about 10 minutes for our car. If the weather had been inclement there was nowhere to take cover.

Have used several meet and greet in past with mixed success. This was by far the best. Very polite staff on phone, on time and at a very competitive price. A special mention to the guy who collected and delivered the car who was polite and friendly and had excellent social skills. Would definitely use again.

The service was seamless from start to finish! Dropped off my car and was immediately chaufered to the airport. Upon pickup they had obviously looked up my flight and called me when I landed. I told them i would be about 15 mins and they were there waiting for me when I got out. Very friendly and very courteous. I even noticed that they had set my clock in my car to the right time! It had been wrong for months and I had no idea how to fix it!! 100% would recommend

Really good service. Only had to wait 10 min or so for pick up / drop off. Flight home was delayed and involved a new, later flight arrival which was no issue - updated arrival details online and everything worked as planned.

Good friendly service, prompt drop-off and pick-up. On pick-up our driver advised of nearby travel problems related to our journey home which was useful.
