Great Service

Good value for money and a good service. The only snag we had was at the pick-up: we were waiting at the allocated place when the driver and minivan arrived. He asked if we were waiting for Heathrow Park & Ride and I said the surname we'd booked under, but he didn't recognise it so assumed we were not his customers. After another 5 minutes he called me from his mobile (6 feet away) and spoke to me, so we found each other eventually.

Excellent value service, very easy to use. Simple drop off service. However, pick up service unclear; website states that pick up from short term car park because at Terminal 5 (LHR) you are NOT allowed to pick up passengers at the drop off zone, and it states you may be fined. Now, they may have special permission to operate like this, but it's different from what their website says. Now, if that is all legit, then in a way it's even better because it's a much easier trip to the drop off zone than the car park, with lots of bags, Which is why most people probably use this service anyway. Would i use again, yes!

Saw a couple of bad reviews after i had booked and was a little worried as was travelling and returning in the wee hours! End result was perfect. Slightly difficult to find as satnav directed us about 100 yards away but all else was perfect. Courteous booking in and out. Quick trip to airport. All better than expected and would use again. Great service, would recommend

At the time of booking I was referred to 'other info' for any additional charges. I read this and searched the web page for any reference to additional charges but there was none. However, once I had paid for the service I was informed that there would be an additional £4.00 to exit the car park. I was slightly prepared for this having looked at other websites and seen reference to these charges. I would suggest that there is clear evidence of the £4.00 car park exiting fee at the time of booking not after payment has been made. Overall, it was an easy to use service and would use it again.

Good service, very quick

Excellent service and friendly, efficient staff. One point for your information, when we dropped our car off, the mini bus that was to take up to the airport came into the cat park at a frightening and very dangerous rate. One of the people waiting spoke to the driver and he was very abusive and said that when he has no passengers, he would drive like he wanted to. The journey to the airport was not comfortable. The chap in question was Polish - somebody needs to have a word with him. Your company are great but he does nothing for your reputation.

Wasn't aware that it was based in Slough, however - friendly service direct to the airport with no waiting on both pick-up and drop-off.

Faultless service but the web-price was dropped significantly two weeks before flying after a non-refundable booking well in advance. Send me a tenner and you can have the fifth star!

Excellent service. Great value. Just make sure you give at least 45 minutes notice for drop off and pick up. I would definitely recommend the service and would use again.

All went smoothly. Remember to add £4.00 parking charges to the quoted fees.

I called on the number provided as instructed. They said to go to the departure area to drop the car off. I was met on arrival by a very friendly member of staff. On return I called as after we collected our luggage & was again instructed to meet them at the departure area. The car was returned with very little waiting again by a very friendly member of staff. Would definitely recommend this company for parking at Heathrow

We had to wait 55 minutes after phoning for collection. A mini bus did come while we were waiting but other passengers got on. There was not enough room for us as drivers were not given names for who they were collecting.
