Parking services were good and car was in the same condition as it was left. Buses to the airport were regular and quick.

Great service from the Wizpark team. We were badly delayed getting to Heathrow due to M25 nightmare and were about an hour late for our drop off. It wasn't a problem and the driver was waiting for us easy to drop off and get straight into the airport. We were earlier than expected on the return so had to wait a little while for our car which was to be expected. But it arrived in good time at the drop off area and with no problems. Thanks and would use the service again and recommend,

Very easy process drop off and pick up quick and very smooth and very close to terminal.

Confusion on pick up. I saw the driver.but didn't realise. He kept trying to phone me. I had only my daughters phone with me. Maybe he should have just asked rather than ringing. We were only feet away

The main point is that they are doing best to keep their business. Despite some problems, they did a great job. My suggestions for improvement: 1- better instructions for finding you 2- Add a picture of map and the parking entrance 3-Answering the customer while waiting at anytime 4-Make the parking place brighter

Fantastic service the only thing lacking was decent signage to find the car park on the way to drop the car off.

The service provided is fantastic. The only setback was the difficulty in finding the car park location because the postcode was incorrect.

Very helpful, had to book an extra day, got charged but only £10 which was very reasonable.

It all worked extremely well. The car park is very handy for the airport just a walk of a couple of hundred yards or so - smooth walking with wheeled suitcases and lifts where needed. My car was returned perfectly well and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Overall a very good and reasonably priced operation. My only criticism is that the drop off area could be improved by better road signs.

Found the Meet and Greet area very easily. My car was handed over quickly to Swift Airport Parking. On return, I phoned once I picked up my baggage and by the time we arrived at the collection area, the car was already there. Normally, I'd expect a 5-10 min wait for the car to arrive. My travel dates were fixed so I was able to choose the cheaper "no reservations" option. The staff at both the airport and on the telephone were courteous and helpful.

Great and easy service

My only complaint is when I got the car back it was covered in mud on one side. Apart of that it was great. Acurate info on where to drop off and collect the car. Fast, easy and reliable! I'll use it again for sure.
