We had an unusual request in that our car was being picked up by a friend. This was dealt with in a very efficient and friendly manner

on original booking it was not mentioned that a £4.00 exit fee was payable nor on ticket given at drop off

Drop of and pick up we’re speedy, car was in the same condition as when I left it and although I had a early morning return flight there was no waiting around. Overall excellent.

Very easy to find, prompt transfer to airport. Car well looked after and only about a 10 minute wait to be collected and taken back to our car.

Their collecting of the car at airport took a little bit longer than it should have however on the return we were delayed 16.5 hours, they were really good about it and were stood waiting for us once we had got our bags which we were thankful for. Car was fine no damage and not dirty.

All went smoothly without a hitch.

Very efficient and effective service. No hassle, continuous follow up prior to drop-off. Friendly staff. On arrival, got delivered right after we called after picking up baggage. Parking spot must be nearby, Hardly used 5miles between parking dates. Highly recommend.

Absolutely brilliant... I was a little worried about the process as I’ve never dropped my car off before but it was easier than messing about paying extortionate fees for trains! All staff was super friendly and helpful the little bus picked us up within minutes from airport and dropped us straight back to the car which was there waiting for me! Would definitely use again and have already recommended! Thank you

Good but not special. Your staff could be more welcoming and efficient. I couldn’t find the reps on arrival at 4 am. There needs to be a clear sign to head for. On my return, I called twice, as told I should and STILL had a fifteen minute wait on the third floor for my car. The attendant kept mumbling it would only be “a minute or two”.

Drop off was quick and bus was waiting, then on return short wait for the bus then easy pick up. Had to let them know we landed and they drove to car up to reception area. Slightly further out from airport than other car parks but easy bus service. All in all happy with the service
