Very pleased overall. Would just like to comment on the parking layout on the ground floor of Car Park 5 at North terminal Gatwick. It was not very clear as to how you accessed the parking spaces as so many access points were cordoned off. This may be the car parks fault & not yours!

I left my wallet in my car. They returned it in 20 min . Very honest and good service. I would say the communication needs improving on explaining were the short term parking garage is as it was closed so we ended up paying get 3 pounds for getting out and getting good back in again.

Not 247 Parking's fault, but the whole experience of crossing the parking area by lift/bridge is a bit of a nightmare. Takes ages and not well signposted. Staff were fine. I was a bit put off when they said it would take 10-12 minutes to deliver my car once I was back in the pick-up area - but then my car was waiting for me. Whole process worked pretty well and very good value.

Great service . Did not wait long at all for the pick up or drop off . Friendly staff and they offered to have my car cleaned while I was a way ( for a cost ) and it was brilliantly done . 2nd time used this guys and I would recommend them .

Please only use my initials if you decide to use this review. "Very good service." One improvement I would like is the ability to make small alterations to the booking, such as changing the car, to allow for nay last minute issues.

Wonderful dealing with WizPark. We were running late and we got a call asking what the estimated time of arrival will be. Arrived 20 mins late gentleman walked straight to car no waiting for them to arrive. Return flight was delayed called them at baggage claim was told 25 mins. Arrived within 25 mins driver very polite. Will be using them again

Problems dropping off due to Xmas traffic was threatened with ticket by traffic warden but didn't miss the flight so no harm done. Much cheaper than other companies we've used and the staff are pleasant. Will use again.

During the drop-off and pick-up process I found it difficult to locate the person to hand over to/from. The instructions don't make it clear that there are many lift shafts, and I ended walking about the place trying to find the desk, even though I was following the instructions.
