Thank you Eden your communication was excellent. Are Meet & Greet was waiting for us on arrival, the return was even better. Because of a flurry of snow at Heathrow on the Sunday BA chose to cancel our return flight on Monday evening. This meant us returning a day later via Gatwick. Eden phoned us on arrival at Gatwick and continued to communicate in readiness for are arrival. Excellent. Your be top of my list next time.

They were very helpful, allowed me to change the date and time and the car was ready for me when I returned. Can't do much better than that. I understand they normally wash them as well but the washer had broken, not surprising it was freezing. Well done. See you next time.

So easy and convenient to park at the terminal a member of staff was waiting to collect the car we then went straight to check in then on return at baggage collection I phoned the number given on the collection ticket and we went straight to to short term car park and are vehicle was being parked up we signed the paperwork and were journey home we will always use this service

The initial meet was perfect but on our return, despite following your notification instructions, we waited 20 minutes for our car to arrive. After a total of 11 hours of travelling that day, 20 minutes seemed an age !! Hence the mediocre scores.

This worked very well. The drop-off was speedy - then just a couple of minutes in the lift and walk directly into Heathrow Terminal 5. The pick-up was equally good. The system of two phone calls, one on landing and one when the bags are collected seems to work well as we only had to wait less than 10 minutes for the car to arrive back at the point where we had dropped it off. Staff efficient and pleasant.

Everything went to plan , driver turned up one minute after phoning him on drop off and within two minutes of us arriving at car park for collection after our holiday .Both operatives were very cheerful and helpful even paying our exit fee which we thought we were liable for .Parking worked out at £5 per day which I consider good value for money .

I've used this service several times and I've always been very happy with it. The return process on this occasion took a long time and we found it hard to find the driver. Having said that I would use this service again.

What a breath of fresh air. This was proper Meet and Greet.

Have used Premier Parking Gatwick a few times now and as always efficient and prompt. Staff friendly and on time. Hope they continue the service as good as previously. Will book again if the cost is competitive

15 minute wait for car when picking up. We did get through the airport quick though.
