Did everything it promised to do, we had difficulty finding the right car park, our mistake, we were helped to the right car park and it all worked very efficiently. Will use again, we had peace of mind while we were away.

Excellent, there when I arrived and car returned in just under 15 minutes from when I called. The driver did not know how to work my Mercedes foot break but may be it was the 1st time they came across one.

It isn't always possible to have an accurate time of arrival as travelling from Kent, what with the M20 ,M26 & M25. .They were very patient as timing was well out.

Service was ok but had to wait for 20 minutes on outward bound journey but, only waited a few minutes on return.

Excellent service, driver waiting on drop-off and arrived very quickly on return.

Overall very good experience. Meet and greet driver arrived bit late on flight out, without obvious ID, and instruction on paper were not the same as given on phone so it wasn’t 100% clear where we would meet but in the end only caused minor delay. Waited for over 10mins when we returned but driver was courteous and car delivered in perfect condition. Checked the mileage and car was parked 4 miles away so perfectly ok. Overall very happy with service and would recommend.

When I got to the drop of point I had to wait for around 15mins however that was due to traffic so I was delayed and some people was delayed therefore had a knock on effect. When I came out the airport the car was ready for me to get in and go.

The service was excellent but, like other reviewers, I would prefer to have known all the charges (including £4 exit fee) before booking, rather than in the drop-off instructions.

The drop off was excellent. We had slight problem getting in contact with you on return, finally managed, then told pickup point had changed to near Premier Hotel. Other than that everything was fine. Will continue to use your service for future trips.

Was worried when I read in the press that the cars might be stored in a field somewhere not in a safe compound. We thought the mileage had gone up more than it should have, so not sure how far away it had been taken, but the car was in good condition on return. The extra £10 charge for getting in and out of the car park was not mentioned in the booking process was rather naughty .

Lady giving the instructions for drop off was very difficult to understand but car was picked up reasonably quickly, however on return it took about 40 minutes, and when I rang to ask how long the first time I was told, they are on there way and the second I was told "no idea". Good value for money but need quicker response times and better customer service on the telephone.
