The driver was waiting for us, (infact he rang us as we were minutes away) when we arrived at the Airport, it took a couple of minutes to hand over keys and head for our flight. We waited about 15 minutes outside the departures for our car to be delivered on returning home, but I think this is more of an issue of the Airport not allowing vehicles to pick up at arrivals than the companys fault.

On both departure & arrival, the company answered my calls quickly & were ready & waiting in the designated spot. Very efficient service, thank you very much

Very good service, smooth delivery of the car on return

Smashing service just a 20 minutes wait for my car when i arrived home. Friendly staff too. Unfortunately when i checked my car over it was late and i was tired. When i arrived home i realised that there were 2 caps missing of one of my wheels. I havent contacted to company as i signed to say all was fine.

My only downfall of the service is that my car came covered in mud and therefore needed to have cleaned.

Great Idea as you drop off the car outside of the terminal and pick it up also outside the terminal they were also there when we arrived waiting both times.

Overall a five star experience from start to finish. First time I've done a meet and greet and will definitely recommend. I'll be booking with yourselves again for August. Thank you

Bit stressful at the beginning as I was slightly early and the pickup was slightly late so I got hassled by airport security for hanging around too long. Otherwise all great, thank you and I'll use you again.

Communication of drop off and pick up point was not correct and hence made us spend more time than we would have liked

No waiting around,great service

Excellent drop off procedure and staff very pleasant however the return process had us waiting for 20 mins before the car arrived, so not good especially considering the luggage was slow and we called as soon as clearing passport control. This side of the process needs a little stream lining I feel, as we had to call to find out where the car was and how long it would be a curtesy call to advise what time the car would be at the pick up point would have been well received.

Drop off went smoothly but had to wait around 10 mins for car on return. Overall very good value for money and will use again.

Great value for money and friendly service. Very impressed as car was waiting for us upon arrival back from holiday. Other valet parking we have usually had to wait 10 mins for the car.

Everything good the only improvement would be to get car back sooner on return. You can only ring when you go through customs and we had to wait a while.
