Everything was very smooth and as promised. However, we would have appreciated an update on traffic and roadworks. The entrance to the M23, M25 and M3 were closed causing considerable detours, which at 11pm were quite tiring. The M23 is not far from the car park, so staff should have been aware, so we would have appreciated them telling us.

We had to wait a short while for our car to be picked up, but then on return the car was dropped off quite quickly. The reason I give 4 stars is the the extra £8.50 exit charges. The dricers were very nice. Overall, the service was good.

The whole process of booking online, dropping off the car, transport to airport, collection from airport, pick up car was extremely satisfactory. Just 2 negative points, next time I will deal direct with APH and I found locating the actual park location difficult to find.

Apart from the slight delay in dropping off the car as having to drop the car in the Passenger drop of zone and not the car park, everything went off smoothly. I had to request a change of collection from the airport as BA had changed their terminal from 5 to 3 but had no problem with them meeting me there. Friendly throughout, recommended for the excellent service received and for the cost of the meet and greet

Had a smooth service. Very helpful chap at drop off and kindly amended our return booking as had erroneously put down a wrong terminal. Only downside is driver must have put the seat back rest down to rest whilst waiting for us to get through and forgot to put it back up. Otherwise we were ever so satisfied and will certainly use this service again in future.

Easy and helpful

Drove in. Straight in. Plenty of space parked next to the bus stop and was inside the terminal within ten minutes. Came back out of the airport and was back in the car within ten minutes and drove straight out. Excellent facility and a good price too. Will definitely use it again.
