easy to get to terminal . Drop off was bit stress becouse had to wait 25 minutes car to be picked up . pickup was good right on time. I recommend and i would use this service again

Good service but need to improve pick-up process waited more than 1/2 hr to pick up from airport 1/2 hr journey to car park and car was not ready to collect was park elsewhere all together waited 1 hr 40 min to start my journey home

Great team of people! We were dropped off and collected promptly. All are helpful and friendly and the process of dropping your car and being collected at the airport are all really straight forward.

Drop off easy . Had to call once I’d parked car but they were prompt in responding and collecting car . Had to wait a few mins at pick up but similarly efficient . Service polite , helpful and car well looked after . Would strongly recommend this service .

It was excellent

Easy drop off. Pick up was a bit more tricky. I called when I landed to say I would be 40 minutes and was asked to call back 15 minutes before as my car was about 10 minutes away. They bought my car back before I called again and then took it back to the car park. They bought it back about 25 minutes later. Just a bit of crossed wires I think. Would use again.

I was a little nervous about arriving around 6am alone in the dark, but I had no problems once I found the signs through the car park – just head to the top floor regardless! I was happy to see a completely fenced off enclosure of cars, and the van was waiting ready for me to unload the car and check in prior to my phone call to confirm my arrival time. Coming home was a little trickier – I had made a phone call while sat having a cup of tea after my flight early morning to say I’d be upstairs in 5-10 minutes, to be told “no that’s too long”. I asked if 5 minutes would be better, they said yes, so my friend and I grabbed out bags quickly to head up only to be stood in the cold with no one there. I rang again and they said 2-3 minutes. We stood waiting and wondering who was picking us up as there were vehicles coming and going with no signs on them, and I even walked up to a few to ask if they were there for us. It must have been 15 minutes before I got a phone call to say they were here and they could see us. A little frustrating to be left standing in the cold with no idea which vehicle to approach at 7.30am. I would only wish this process was a little smoother, and maybe the vehicles invest in some magnetic signs that can be removed fro the vehicles when not in use so we can see our driver straight away. Back at the car park, the car was ready and waiting in a line for collection and was in perfect order just as I had left it, so I was very happy, and a quick checkout with a signature to hand the key over and the barrier was left open for us as they saw us approach on the cameras, so no waiting around to be let out at the bottom of the car park. I would use again as it is much cheaper than the Heathrow parking and you don’t have to get in the traffic yourself. You save at least £30 which you can use on holiday souvenirs!

This was our first time using A2Z and I would definitely use them again! The drop off and pick up process was easy although I don't see the need for 2 phone calls once arriving back to lick up your car. The car was ready and waiting when we got to the car park which was great.

Great drop off. Pick up took longer and my suitcase got squashed underneath later passengers cases..no big deal..I was happy with the service.

It was my first time using Easy Secure Parking and I had an awesome experience. The drop off was so prompt. The driver was very professional and friendly. On my returned, the car was returned to me as I was stepping out of the airport. This is an excellence service. I will surely use their service again.

Do not use this service. Unreliable, late, uncontactable. Waited far too long at drop off at T5 when leaving my car, despite ringing as requested 45 mins ahead and 15 mins ahead of arrival. He was always "just 10 mins away" each time I rang. On return, there was no answer when I rang the designated number every 5 minutes for half an hour! We waited over an hour in the freezing cold. We spoke to another couple who were also waiting too long for Geo Parking. It seemed as though only one person was doing all the drops. The insistence that we drop and collect the car from departures drop off, not in the car park, was to avoid paying and not, as explained to me, quicker at all.

Have used this service twice this year and both times they have been top class , nice touch to video condition of car with phone ! It gives both party’s peace Of mind ! Well done eagle parking 👌
