Overall happy with the service and would use again and recommend Chauffeurs were polite, professional and on time Only area for improvement was customer service on the telephone - we called ahead to let them know we were running 15 mins late and the representative didn’t know what the chauffeur service was and was a bit rude. She told us we needed to call the driver’s mobile number directly as we may have missed our slot and would need to meet him. She didn’t know we were dropping it off at Tudor Rose and we’re due to meet him there. When we questioned this she relied saying ‘we have three different types of service, I don’t know’ which was unprofessional and unhelpful, it is her job to know afterall. In the end she asked someone and told us it was fine and we should come to Tudor Rose as originally planned. People make mistakes, that’s human nature, but it’s how you deal with them that’s important. That aside, everything else worked like clockwork and we would return.

Very helpful staff as we arrived late and were in a rush. Took the hassle out of parking and getting to the airport . Not very clear where we were going to be picked up on our return.

From drop off to pick up all went well and as expected, easy and stress free, well done. Only one negative and that is the distance from baggage reclaim to valet parking is quite a long way and would be difficult for older and disabled passengers to reach within time.

Did not answer phone when we arrived at airport so had some delay. Otherwise a smooth operation.

Great service, friendly staff. Only issue I had was that they took a long time to answer their phone when I had picked up my luggage so this meant that I waited a longer time for my car. I use again though.

On time for pick up and drop off. No delays. Very flexible with drop off and pick up from an airport hotel rather than the airport. Excellent service throughout.

It was my first time flying to the USA, and parkingbox made it super super easy to drive straight to the airport and not worry about anything other than check in (not as scary as I was imagining!) pick up and drop off was smooth and professional, phone manner was great. Will definitely get in touch with you guys next time I fly!

So easy no hassle but I don’t think we should have to pay the extra charges for the car park

The arrivals process could be made easier with better signage to the car park. I was sent an email with clear directions, but better signage would help, especially when arriving very early in the morning. The pick-up process is always difficult with the congestion around Heathrow, but this is really the only thing that could be improved on, with additional courtesy buses and staff which would put up the cost of parking. To sum up, a really good cost effective car parking facility near Heathrow. Thank you, we will use this facility again in the near future and recommend it to our friends.
