It worked as advertised except that, at LHR T5, I managed to finish up on Level 3 (instead of Level 4), My fault, or course, but awkward to fix - you have to leave the car park and re-enter, but the A2Z guy was flexible enough to come down to Level 3 to take delivery, saving me time and hassle.

My only complaint was no help putting luggage into van/car boot. Having arthritis it’s difficult. Driver said he didn’t get paid enough to do that.

Very good service just a bit o pricey

Great value for money. Brilliant that you can drive right up to the terminal. On the down sire had to wait quite a while before the driver turned up despite the fact that I had phoned as requested 30 mins beforehand. The driver that was picking up the car was very difficult to understand as English was definitely not his first language. I was concerned as it clearly states you are not allowed to wait. The return journey was a better experience. Only waited a few minutes. All in all though happy with the service and much better than off site parking and shuttle buses.

First time we have used ParkingBox Ltd and can't speak highly enough of the service provided. Having had a an extremely bad experience with a previous supplier we are always sceptical of the claims made by reviewers however refreshingly, this was a faultless well provisioned service.

First time I've used a meet and greet and I have so say, I was very impressed! The guy who collected the car and dropped it off was super nice which left us feeling very happy. Will definitely be using parking box again.

The telephone operator was not the most polite (but that could have been the very anti social hours we were travelling) but the men who met us both sides were great and very prompt

I would definitely recommend I love parking and would always use this company .we were later than we said for our pickup and it was not a problem in fact when we got out to make the call they were already out side on another pickup and they managed to take us aswell ,so didn't have to wait Driver happy and professional ..... this is the second time I have used this company .

Drop off was fantastic, very close to the terminal. It was quick and they took photos of the car which was reassuring that it woukd be returned in the same condition and it was. It took 35 minutes from when I called them for the car to come to the car park so I maybe should have called a bit soon as we had no luggage to pick up. Overall good service, not cheap but we didn't worry about the car at all when we were away which was great!

Good experience, would recommend. Felt like a smaller outfit with friendlier people. Liked the fact that the drop off was easy to find and access. Also liked the meet-and-greet on pickup.

Efficient service. Slightly difficult to see entrance in the dark but driver ready to take us to airport. On return we waited 5 minutes at the most for car to be returned.

Good service on pick up drop off was a bit slow as had to wait about 15 mins. car was very dirty. recommend they clean it as it was clean when I dropped it off knowing they take photos so harder to check it after.

Brilliant service

The drop off was fine and swift. The pick up was slow from Gatwick and the buses were crowded so we couldn't get on the first one. Neither could a family with children, one of whom was disabled. I think that considering that you have the flight details of your customers and that you ask them to text when landed, you could manage this better?

A nice friendly professional bunch of people offering an extremely competitive shuttle service from Slough to Heathrow. I don't know how they do it for the small charge they make...only 30 quid for 4 days!! Can't recommend them highly enough!!
