Very smooth drop off - had a little wait (10-15 min) for bus on return - but there again it was rush hour. Have used Jet Parks several times now - would use again.

Great service, helpful staff, be sure to phone 30 mins before you get there because the drop off / pick up point can change (passenger drop off rather than car park) otherwise was super straightforward.

Drop off was excellent. However pick up could be better. I thought the idea of phoning when landed and the when you have your bags would mean the car was waiting for you. However in this case i was told car would be 10 - 15 minutes. There seened to be other providers where the cars were there waiting for them. So a little disappointing but none the less a good service.

Some confusion over exact pick up location...they need to make this much clearer

False advertising when you book you are told you will be met in the short stay car park however this is not the case , they make an excuse as to why they can’t go there when really I’m sure they are not authorised to go there

Arrival and drop off was fine. Pick up was quick short and sweet as we approached the car the driver was out said sign and print and was gone within seconds no time for inspection. The dash cam had been disconnected don't know why.

Generally the service was good but both on drop-off and pick-up the wait for a driver was much too long. Drop-off was nearly an hour and under other circumstances could have endangered our departure.

Very committed team. Simple and straight. Perhaps the distance if you are late to the airport.

Fantastic service. I’ve used quite a few meet & greet services and this was by far the best I’ve used. Polite, on time, helped with our luggage...all straightforward which is what you want when you go on holiday. We entered the airport relaxed and cheerful. Well done a2z!

Used a couple of times this year and everything was so easy from drop off to pick up.

I had to wait for 15 minutes at the designated drop off point despite calling in advance. Also at pick up we went to the published pick up point but were called and asked to collect at the drop off point. Neither of these points were major problems obviously. But these are the reasons why I gave four stars instead of five. Excellent value for money. Nice guys. I will definitely use again and recommend.

Peace of mind.

Overall very efficient service. My one problem lay with the pick-up. The written instructions clearly told me to go to Level 4 Row A of the T3 car park. When I phoned from baggage collection, I was told I should go somewhere else. Unfortunately, the gentleman had such a heavy accent, that I could not understand what was being said, despite asking three times for it to be repeated. In the end I had to insist that I would follow the written instructions. Having said all this, I only had to wait two minutes before the driver turned up - so overall, I was very satisfied.
