No issues really. We arrived at the site at 5am. A photographer took photos of the car outside the office. I was told where to park the car. Once i had dropped the keys back at the office we were taken to the airport drop-off zone in a minibus. On return we were picked up about 20-30 minutes after calling.

Easy friendly and convenient

Everything worked perfectly from online book g and payment to the hilarious drop off at bus stop A 3 &3. The bus driver brought a smile to everyone’s face with his good humour and joking. Well done 👍 Most welcome after a long journey!!

As we were close to Heathrow we explained we were in traffic and kept them updated, explaining we would be there for time X. When we arrived no one was there. I rang both numbers provided and were told someone would be there in 10 mins. No one turned up. Then they’d be there in 20 mins. No one turned up. It took 45 mins for the guy to arrive.... making it tighter for us time wise to check in and get breakfast as we were flying early morning. And to top it off he hardly spoke English and was really rude. We just made it through check in, security and boarding on time. When we picked up our car, we called as we collected our luggage, as requested. Went to where we meant to, and we’re told 20 mins and he’d be there. We’d been on an eleven hour flight and had a three hour drive to go, to get home. 20 mins came and went, no car. We rang back to the office and they said they’d called us to update there was traffic and he’d be 10-15 more minuets. They hadn’t called at all, and after 15 mins still no car. Eventually after FIFTY minuets I was called to say the guy was there with my car, but on a completely different level could I go and find him!!! It turned out he was waiting in the taxi drop and go as they didn’t want to get the car park ticket - which they state they sort and pay for you on the paperwork!! The whole service from ‘Eagle Parking’ was a joke and shambles. With a lack of professionalism from start to finish; just terrible.

Efficient if a little unfriendly

Overall a positive experience. However, the paper instructions tell you to drop your car off in the car park. Because we were particularly early, I couldn’t ring 30 minutes before which meant I drove into the car park, only to be told that I was supposed to follow the directions on the phone. Ended up spending £5 on a parking ticket. Not ideal and this should be communicated better on your page. Apart from that, great/friendly service all round.

Great experience from start to finish. Met on arrival, given the paperwork for collection and we were on the way to departures within 5 minutes. On arrival rang after we had collected our suitcases and by the time we had walked the short distance to the office our car was waiting for us - brilliant.

Couldn’t believe I’d get this good a service with full valet parking & return service for the price I’d paid. The price was so low I wasn’t expecting very much but the quality was absolutely fantastic and the drivers were professional, efficient and intelligent.

Valet was polite, proffesional, and well presented - just the kind of person you want to hand your keys over to. The service was streets ahead of the price charged! Fantastic value. Car returned with no excess miles covered. I will definately use Eagle again.

The drop off and pick up all went well and the drivers were casual and friendly.

Absolutely brilliant and I will definitely be using this company again. I called them when I arrived at the airport and they were there within 10 minutes to take the car off my hands. When I returned I gave them a call when we had collected our bags and they were outside waiting.The whole drop off and pick up process was quick and efficient.

Even though I call when the aircraft had landed and then again when I picked up my bags I still had to wait 15 minutes to get my car
