Overall a good experience. Having to call before we arrive at airport is a little inconvenient and the person on the phone was quite rude. No problems on the return, very efficient change over. i would still use again.

Very quick drop off. Had to wait 10mins for pick up. Car ready and waiting for us. 10 mins journey from airport. Better for us because it meant avoiding the M23 and all the road works.

Everything just worked, so one less thing to worry about when travelling. Very polite and prompt service from all staff.

I didn’t deal with 1 person so that’s why they only got a 5/10, I found it confusing where to park & thought I was in the wrong place but eventually parked in N & at first we couldn’t find the car park & I tried to call a number for assistance but we were travelling around 3am so there was no helpline, thankfully we found it ourselves.

Fantastic service!

One downside was having to pay £4 on entry as we had a choice between the left lane that was coned off and appeared to be for the buses only, or the lane we chose. The service from the company itself was perfect!

So easy and seamless. No waiting and gets you nice and close to the terminal. I will certainly use A2Z next time.

Really easy and hassle free to use, drivers both punctual and polite, car returned as given over to them, wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again.

I've been booked with a number of operators at LHR for at least 5 years and this booking was by far the best. The driver called ahead of the time slot, I said I was running late and he was happy to wait - usually I'm the one waiting but it could be the case of lucky timing with his previous dropoff. Unusually, compared to other operators, he took photos of the car so it's a mutual agreement on the car's condition. The return procedure was good too. My flight arrived early and he brought the car back with ease. Only waited less 10 minutes and it's rare to see a driver kindly help me load my luggage. Will book with them again if the price is good.

Very easy without hassle service

First rate: would highly recommend. I was running late due to traffic and when I called they met me at the passenger drop off outside the terminal. Then I had a panic when I got inside, thinking I was at the wrong terminal and I called them and they started to turn the car around to take me to another terminal and then I realised I was in the right place so called them again to leave it! They were very patient about it! Pick up was amazing. From plane to car in less than 20 mins from landing. I will definitely use again.

We were a bit concerned when we received a text to advise of a change of 'drop off' location which ended up being a random carpark behind the Aurora Hotel in Crawley. There was nothing official anywhere! But everything was great. Got dropped at the bus station near North terminal and picked up from the same place and didn't have to wait long for the mini bus. They also offer a meet and greet service which we might try next time.
