From the initial booking to driving out the gate after picking up the car everything was simple. quick and convenient. Arrived at APH, handed keys over jumped on bus to airport, no waiting and extremely courteous. Arrived back at airport, bus was waiting car was ready at APH drove out of gate and again courteous and no waiting. Would recommend to anyone

It was raining at the time of our drop off so the fact that we were in the multi storey car park was a plus. We waited 23 minutes after our 1st call to sat we were 20 mins away so 43 mins in total. Then on our arrival back, as requested I let them know we had all our luggage and it took 40 mins to bring the car to us. The bonus is how close to the terminal you are, the downside was how long we had to wait.

Gave them a call 20 minutes out and they were waiting at the terminal car park on my arrival, I arrived back 2 hours earlier than I stated at the time of booking but this was not a problem had to wait 20 mins for the car to arrive but this was stated on my collection slip. Cannot fault.

Nice to be met by happy cheery people, even at 5 AM. A swift passage to and from the airport in a comfortable minibus with happy drivers. I had to amend my stay period due to a mistake that I had made; it was sorted out quickly and without undue penalties being applied, most fair. I would definitely use again and recommend without reserve.

Hi guys, the experience was perfect. Very easy & incredibly quick. The only issue I had, was that I was made to sign a document without the car being inspected for damage in my presence. I was slightly uncomfortable about that. They obviously checked it after I’d left, but I would have preferred if they did it in front of me. Apart from that I was impressed with the service and would recommend your services.

Without doubt the best drop off experience I have had. On arrival it was easy to navigate. I parked my car checked it in and within 5 minutes I was on my way to the airport. It was much the same on my return, within 20 minutes if contacting them from baggage reclaim I was getting into my car. Can't reccomend this company enough 5 start all round and the next time I fly from Manchester iI will be using them again.

Drop off was perfect - very friendly person waiting for me when I arrived at departures. Only a couple of minutes to wait for return of car. Very good service - would definitely use again.

Good value for money, site slightly congested and lighting could have been a little better to check car over on collection, otherwise good value for money.

Couldn't fault Cop Hall at all. Friendly greeting first thing in the morning, prompt and efficient drop off and pick up. Best we've used at various airports, was our first time at Gatwick and thanks to our experience with CopHall we will fly from Gatwick again.

Delay at drop off even though I phoned 20 minutes ahead of arrival Collection was 15/20 minutes after luggage collection BUT this was stated when I phoned.

First time - Everything they said they would do they did, and better still they talked me in when my satnav gave up and decided to detour to an alternative parking site??? Will be back in September without a doubt.

Amazing service. Best service I’ve ever had!! Great drop off. I was late dropping off and they did not mind someone was already there waiting for my car. Pick up. I phoned once I collected my luggage. When I arrived at drop off point my car was being driven in. Pre paid ticket to get out of car park once picked up.

All good, just a small missundertanding on the drop off place but all good on the end
