Delay in pick up by half an hour but was kept informed

Third time we’ve used Parking box and I was apprehensive first time after all the reviews you read about meet and greet. These guys are fab! Always on time and take care of the car. They’ll be the only company I use for airport parking now as it’s stress free!

The parking was quick and easy. The staff were professional and friendly. Overall value for money.

Followed printed instructions outlined on the website to the letter. Called 30 minutes ahead of time. The attendant was still not capable of meeting us when we arrived which added 20minutes + to our time when we were already pressed to catch our plane. The return was similarly excruciating. 15 minutes turned into a 35 minute wait to have the car delivered. The attendants were polite and the car had been stored in the shade which was nice.

Brilliant drop off - best I've ever had. Unfortunately on return there was a computer issue and couldn't get through first of all and then there was an accident so all in all had to wait 40 minutes for car to be returned. However, not entirely fault of theirs and would happily use their service again.

The drop off was fine and the attendant rang to check my ETA as I was running late. The pick up we waited for about 20 minutes and some of the automatic settings on my car had been changed.

I would recommend this it was easy and a reasonable price. I just had 2 little things that I wasn't happy about. I booked my drop off time early enough so I had time to shop at the airport, eat and meet mates beforehand. I didn't end up having much time in the end because when I dropped my car off, I was stuck waiting in the transport people carrier for about 10-15 minutes because they were waiting for 4 other people who were late getting to the drop off and I was driven past my terminal so they could be dropped off first because they were late, then sat in a bit of traffic to then go back to my terminal for me to be dropped off. Also I wasn't impressed that I had 2 big amounts of bird poop on my white car and it was stuck (it had been hot while we I was away) and it is corrosive so I am not sure where it has been parked. Other then that they did communicate well when picking me up.

Prompt & Reliable Car was a little dusty on return, however did not mind due to good service

I got my dates mixed up so was a date late dropping the car off without even knowing until I made my call twenty minutes prior to arriving at Gatwick but they still arrived quickly to pick my car up!

Delay in their driving coming to collect my vehicle (despite me giving 20 mins notice). Had to rush through security as a result. Delay on arrival as well. Cheap price however.
