Very good experience and so easy! Such good value for money. The staff were friendly and well presented. Only one criticism, the directions to the drop off zone on the email were different to what the gentleman described on the phone and in the email.

Drop off location could have been a bit clearer but would have no problems recommending this Company.

Very nice, polite gentleman who collected and returned my car. Most importantly, he genuinely did arrive within 10mins of ringing on the return...so no need to call until you are through passport control.

It was my first time to used the service but realise it was so easy, secured and you entrusting your car in someone care, instead of just parking it with no supervision. Also I love the idea of meeting you with your car instead of you finding your way to the car park. They took the stress away from you.

Good service overall - just not great to be picked up and dropped off in the multi story so having to pay two lots of £4 to exit/enter and resulting in us getting lost in all the various levels of the car park :) Would be much better to arrange pick up so no additional costs are incurred even if it means a longer walk or worst case include the fees in the charge so the customer isn't caught out by it. The driver was great, same one both times and even though I messed up and arrived home a day later than booked the fees were no extortionate for a genuine error.

Amazing service and great value My flight back from the USA got cancelled and I arrived a day later very late at night at a different terminal. This was not a problem for Eazy.

I would have preferred the extra money to validate ticket to leave the car park to be included in over all price, it was a lot of effort to did English money after getting off the plane and I then didn’t have change. They took a long time to arrive after I called to say 20 mins away but other than that a very easy and friendly service which I will likely use again

Efficient- drop off was a different place to what was said on the paperwork- only slight problem rest of service was good.

Drop the car very close to Departures, and the car was waiting for us when we arrived back at the car park. I have used similar companies at other airports and we have had to wait on both sides of our journey.

I was surprised. It worked flawlessly. I arrived there and the polite chauffeur was there. I drove to the airport and he drove my car back. When I Arrived back in the UK, I phoned them, 15 mins later a chauffeur drove my car to the area, we checked the mileage and for any dents (at their prompting) and I drove off very happy with the service. Its genuinely surprisingly like service should be. Run efficiently by decent people.
