Great, no issues, quick drop off and pick up and car in the same state it was when I left it. Customer service not the warmest but all was in very unsociable hours and I can't say I was in the best of moods when in contact with the service. I will certainly be using the service again within the next 2 months and once again would recommend to any of my piers querying the option!

Far better than park and ride services. A short walk straight to the terminal which is very convenient. We called 30mins prior to arrival as requested and upon arrival. Only down side was we had to wait 15mins for collection of car at both ends. Would be nice to arrive with chauffeur available for swift hand over but having said that....... communication and overall experience was fine. Would definitely use again. Friendly service.

Without a doubt the best service in the business. We have used a few different companies before and always had some kind of issue but we were really impressed by ParkingBox and hope they continue as therapy have been.

I went into the wrong car park level. Guy in the phone really helpful and the driver came to me. Very friendly staff, although the guy who dropped my car off was a bit quiet.

Great value for money but the operators use the drop off point for drop off and collection of the car which holds the threat of a fine. T&Cs are for short stay parking which was included in cost of my parking. Using drop off means they don’t need to pay that and keep the money. Unnecessary risky way of dropping and collecting car!

Very simple and easy to use. A short wait upon arrival around 35 minutes after my call as oppose to the 20 minutes suggested. However both drivers and telephone staff were very friendly and helpful

Really good service which worked out (half of the cost of using airport services. We did get discount from a voucher deal but even so it would be good value. The driver (who was the same at both ends) was friendly, courteous and helpful as this was the first time we have used this company. Our only issue was signage at the airport to direct us to the right car park! Highly recommended.

Overall experience was a very good one, I would definitely recommend them.

Excellent service, highly recommend! On our way back we landed in South Terminal instead of the North, where we left the car. The driver brought the car to the South Terminal at no extra cost , which I thought was very nice of him and very convenient for us !!

7 stars for drop-off process because it wasn't clear where to stop while waiting for the operator to come to collect the car. Their area in the car park was closed. I was approached by some traffic warden who warned me I was on the public road and was eager to issue me with a fine. I believe there should be someone waiting there for a customer and not the other way round. I called 20mins before arrival as advised.

Very easy, all happened seamlessly. We will definitely use again. Only annoying thing is we couldn't ring while waiting for bags as no mobile signal in the baggage pick up area. When we got a signal it was a short wait for the car at the pick up area. Highly recommend
