Fantastic, phoned us on our journey to check how we was do for traffic told them where were and they re-explained where to go etc when at the airport we waited 2-3mins and someone was there for the car! When we landed, got our luggage and called them, once outside we waited 5-10 mins and the car was back.

Drop off signage needs improving and pick up delay might be a little reduced to avoid jet lagged travellers standing waiting. However, overall the experience is preferable to shuttle parking.

Brilliant and great value for money Seamless process

The service is good and most staff are well understanding. Though the driver who picked me up was impatient and rude. But I will not use one man attitude to condemn a whole system where other good staff are. The driver who dropped me was good and helpful. We have such one bad egg in every system, I recommend this service and I will use it again but have taken note of the rude driver. The service is good for money and patience is required. I like the service and will score it 4 out of 5 because of the rude driver. Recommended.

There was a misunderstanding about where to pick up the car so had to wait too long. Written instructions were not valid. Once we understood the procedure a friendly service.

I recommend you select this service for Heathrow Terminal 5.I would never use any other service-affordable at £40 for 3days and the pick up and drop off process was excellent.1minute transfer time to the airport.I wish they will open in Luton too

A good service for the price but note that the instructions you get sent beforehand are different to what they actually ask you to do which is meet at the drop off point. This was fine for us but would not be ideal if it was raining as it's outside and we had to wait around 10 minutes to collect our car on our return

It was my first time using cophall parking, very easy to find, transfer was straightforward and quick. Coming back was the same very straightforward and quick. And my car was ready and waiting for me when I got there. There’s toilets on site ( nice and clean) which is always plus. I would recommend everyone give them a try.

Called before getting to the airport they were there 5mn after and same things on my way back

The drop off and pick up was very strightforward with no waiting what so ever. Our return flight was complicated due to delays and had to speak to Parking Box a few times to let them know and each time the call was picked up immediately and nothing was a problem. Definitely use again !
