Price very reasonable. Met at car park as arranged. A little slow collecting car on return. Took a little while to get through to somebody, then had to wait about 15 minutes for car to turn up, not a major problem but would have rated slightly higher if there was no wait. Car returned as left. Overall would definitely use again

Never used this service before It took nearly an hour to pick up my car but to be fair i called after i was out customs. It was advised to call while picking up my luggage would have saved 30 mins And other concern the milage used was 12 miles that indicates the vehicle was parked in a place far from airport but overall was ok taking into account the price was so cheap i would use this services again thank you

The drop off process was very efficient. In fact, as we couldn't find the assigned car park we were met outside the airport by a Vacation care representative. This was very helpful. The pick up was fine as well, except that the assigned car park was a long way to get to from T2. As regards value for money: in addition to the price paid online we had to pay a total of £8.50 for entering and exiting the car park. This should be made clear at the outside right in the booking screen - otherwise comparison with other providers is not on a level playing field.

Despite telling us to call when we were 5 minutes away from the terminal, it then took the representative over 40 minutes to arrive at the terminal to collect our car before the flight, during which time we simply had to drive round and round the outside of the terminal. Luckily we had left plenty of time otherwise we could easily have missed our flight. On pick up they had problems starting the car, and it was clear they had somehow left it with the electronics on and had run the battery down - they had to jump start it. Appalling service, would not recommend.

Drop-off was a little confusing and there was a bit of a delay with the rep meeting us. Other than that, everything ran smoothly and was great value for money. Would definitely use again.

When I got home I found a small ding on the side of my car. I know it wasn’t there before parking but how can I prove it? I had to wait 1 hour to collect my car - I may as well use long term parking

This is the second time we have used this service and it just the easiest way to get to the airport. Dropped right by the entrance, leave your keys with the driver and when you return your driver will be waiting. I add their phone number to my phone so you don’t have to dig the paperwork out, but the driver will need the one you get as a receipt for your car when you return. Great work guys

Good service overall. Just a bit annoyed with the charges for parking. Firstly we had to pay to enter the carpark and wasn’t told of the other entrance. On collection I called to say I was ready and said I only had £5 note. I was told I’d be given £1 change. When I picked the car up the man said he had no change!! No change when everyone gives £4 in change to exit the carpark. Yeah right. Like I was born yesterday! It may have only been a £1 but it’s the principle and the stupid smug look on his face when he said he had no change.

Yes I had a good experience but noticed some of the controls had been changed and there would not have been any need to. Would use again though as service was very efficient
