A very good service overall, a little slow answering the phone on return, a very good service for the money, nice and easy drop off and pick up , will use again, and recommend.

Luton Airport parking is very expensive, makr sure you book early, we did not! After shopping around I found A2Z Airport Parking who were competitive and the service was good. But we only learned about needing an additional £4 to exit the car park on arrival back at Luton, that was dissapointing.

I have now used HPR for over 6 times at Heathrow Airport and they have been very good. A few delays at pickup could be the traffic around the airport. My car was covered with bird poo, I was embarrassed driving the car home but birds cannot be told off not to do it.

Didn’t know we have to pay £4 at the barrier to exit from the car park. It wasn’t mentioned in any of the descriptions!

Every stage from drop off to pick up was smooth and easy, except that we we collected the car, it has loads of tiny leaves inside, I guess it was parked near some trees and was windy when the car doors was opened.

Great, we had an extended stay due to our child’s illness and the help we received on the phone to extent the parking and at the pick up point was great.

First time using airport parking so was nervous about it but all went really well. We were particularly pleased with how the bus driver helped us with our luggage on the return journey. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

Drop off took a little longer than I would have liked especially as I gave over 30 minutes notice. But overall it was an easy process and would use again.

The only criticism is the website, it's very difficult to amend pick or drop off times.

Had quite a long wait when being picked as two buses stopped but could not pick us up for different reasons. Very frustrating watching them drive away! Otherwise very good.

Great value for money. Arriving back into LHR I did as instructed and called both on landing and when we had collected luggage but we still had to wait a further 25 mins for car to arrive back. If this process could be speeded up it would be ideal!

Great except on pick up it was an hour from my call to getting picked up. I also had to change floors in the car park pick up- from the given direction. Also on the way back to collect my car the driver ,the driver looked at his phone twice . We were on the motorway . Need to think about getting hands free.

I was running super late for my flight, these guys went the extra mile to help me save time. They had a driver waiting at the drop off area so I could chuck my keys and run for the flight. Next time I fly from Heathrow, these guys will be my first port of call

I was dropping off at T2 and picking up the same day at T5. This was a perfect solution and a great service. Pleasent people, on time and affortdable.

Good value and easy to arrange!

DON’T use them. The drop off was ok. Not great but only took 20 ‘minutes for her to find me (& didn’t miss my flight...) The pick up was appalling. It took over an hour for them to bring the car to me. During that time there were 6 different (contradictory excises): they had brought the car an hour early; the system was down; they couldn’t find the car; they had a note saying it was for Terminal 5 (it was for T2); the flight was supposed to arrive tomorrow/yesterday etc etc This despite them talking to me very few minutes from the moment we were in the baggage hall, giving them all the details repeatedly. DON’T use them. They are cheap for a reason. Their system seem to be putting slips of paper on the dashboard - often the wrong slip. My son was an hour late for work as a consequence and this was a miserable experience - an awful end to a holiday. They indicated they would provide compensation and have gone completely silent. I wonder if they will do the right thing now? I doubt it.

Getting to the carpark was a bit confusing. But the team were very helpful and I was dropped off upon arrival. Also I made an error with my departure date, but the man at the desk said it's ok - even though I had a non changeable booking. When I arrived the bus was there. No complaints. The parking is around 20 minutes from Heathrow...so leave enough time.

Easy process rang 30minutes from airport when we arrived slightly earlier with no traffic so had to wait a few minutes but the person found us no problem Pick up was very simple picked up our bags rang the number they gave and had to wait maybe 5minutes max when outside Would use them again if flying from Heathrow
