Great service - the guys were polite and helpful. Only slight gripe - and I mean very slight - was having to pay the drop-off fees on arrival and departure. I can see why it's done this way as you have limited time at the drop-off or the airport fee escalates quickly. So if say, you're later getting to the pickup than anticipated because for example you phoned them too early (ie before you retreived your baggage), then it's not their fault they had to wait for you and you would be liable to pay for that on the ticket - fair enough. Instructions were clear, directions supplied, drivers friendly and efficient, worked a charm, what's not to like. Recommended.

Proved easy and convenient, very good value for money, would have liked the car returned slightly quicker (was 45mins after ringing from baggage hall) but overall a stress free experience

Drop off was a bit hectic with a lot of people arriving at the same time but it only took minutes. Pick up was smooth and speedy. Our car was waiting for us on arrival. Just follow the instructions and all will be fine. Will definitely use again.

The documentation said level 3 but they changed it to 4. Otherwise it all went well.

Great service and very safe parking. Shuttle to and from the airport was clean and comfortable and quick. My only concern was the communication, I never received a confirmation email despite requesting it on numerous occasions so was glad I’d printed out my booking reference.

Both drop off and pick up were timely. The employee was very helpful in giving me tips to bypass the crowd going up to departures, and also recommended paying for the parking at the gate rather than at the queue at the machine. (Didn’t realize you could do that)

Everything about this Meet and Greet is just right. The instructions to get to the pick up point were good. It is fantastic to actually discover a round the clock office on site to hand the keys to, and to pick up the keys on getting back. The car was ready for pick up without any let up there, and the car was in fine fettle - did not look like it had been parked in a muddy field or in a dusty place. The only slight difficulty was orienting myself back to the pick up point after the disorientation of the holiday and travel back, and being spat out at another part of the airport...arrivals.

Great, hassle free experience, would definitely recommend and use again.

This was by far the best value drop & Go service for T3 and one one the few that is done at the Terminal as opposed to an adjacent car park. Both the drop off and collect service worked perfectly and efficiently. We will certainly use Terminals Parking again

Very slow to get my car back for pick-up. Waited about 30 mins despite making the 2 requested calls, one when landed and 2nd when checked in baggage collected. Friendly staff, just need more on when lots of early flights arriving at the same time?

Quick and easy

Good drop off location. Quick and convenient. Instructions were not up to date though regarding extra fees to pay. On instructions it was just an extra £4 quoted on top of the price paid but we needed to pay £5.30 both for drop off and collection. Waited a while (30 mins) for collection of car after calling on landing & calling again on baggage collection. Was then quick and straightforward to drive off.

The instructions given on the email for drop off were not what the guys actually expecting the car had. Therefore we were at t3 drop off area and the guy was in the short stay car-park. Therefore there was quite a bit of unnecessary stress and phone calls. However that was not their fault but the fault of head office. Please fix this problem. Pick up was fine. Very quick.

Bit of a wait in dropping off car but we were early. Car was waiting for us when we returned. Very good service at good price. Would recommend.

Very straightforward. Lovely staff. Car park is a little hard to find, make sure you follow directions from final roundabout not sat nav.

The service was very good with friendly and helpful staff. The only problem we experienced was finding level 4 at Terminal 5. Passengers must be careful to avoid taking the road leading to the passengers general drop of zone. You get a fine if you end up there by mistake and are not aware you have to pay the mandatory £5.00 charge.

Previously used without issue or problem .will arrive in 4 days time after having unexpected delay, we will see how that works with A2Z

We booked with A2Z, who say they include the £5.10 parking fee at Terminal 5, yet it appears they are just an agent for HPR who do not include it. I feel that is rather misleading, even though we are only talking about a tenner, so didn't complain to them. The driver was slow to arrive to collect the car, even though we followed procedures and had to phone them twice. Otherwise a good service.

Was a smooth process and can't fault the service.
