Most friendly reception on arrival. Didn’t wait longer than 5 mins and we were on our way to the airport . On returning the transport was waiting for us at our pick up point .10 minutes later we were on our way . Great service

What a great experience. Not only was there someone waiting for me at Departures on the way there, they were ready when I arrived home after a long flight. So easy and relaxing especially when getting back feeling so tired. I will use them every time.

It took a bit long waiting for the car after having call that I had my luggage. Normally they are better

Procedure worked out as described, no problem with automatic number recognition at entrance and exit. Slightly longer wait for bus on return than expected. Make sure to take note of where you park as car parks are large & all look the same.

Although airport signage could be better and no dedicated disabled spaces nearer to airport overall experience was good particular particularly the person who answered my phone call with a general querie could not have been more polite and helpful

Very good experience. The driver was there when we arrived at Heathrow, and again when we got back was waiting when we got to the Short Stay Car Park. No fuss, no muss and very good value. would definitely use this company again and recommend them.

Brilliant service, but it was only when I bought the wowcher voucher did it spring the extra £6 either way. Hence the value for money rating as I didn’t really save any money.

Very good, dealt with variation of timings between notified times and actual times well, would recommend and will use again.

A pain free , efficient and quality service . Fantastic overall facility and the complete package was just an easy and at great cost.

Friendly staff there to drop off your car and make the process very simple. Additional £6 charge each time on outbound and Inbound flights in order to enter and exit the short stay parking is a bit annoying but not at the fault of Red Eagle's. Had to wait for a little while on return pickup but the convenience of meeting right beside the airport is very helpful.

The drop-off process was smooth, although be aware that A2Z may either ask you to meet at one the car parks, or at the terminal drop-off area - and these are different places, so do clarify on the day. The pick-up process was also acceptable - we waited about 35 minutes rather than the predicted 25, but that was ok. (There were 30 extra miles on the car's mileometer, so I suspect that our vehicles are parked about 15 miles away from the terminal, and it must be difficult to predict traffic flow accurately.) For the service provided, the cost was excellent value, so I would award A2Z a full five out of five BUT ... ... when we got the car back, it was absolutely covered in bird shit (about 20 separate examples), which had been on the car so long that it had baked dry. I don't expect the vehicles to be valeted, but surely the windows could be cleaned at the very least? Our driver accepted my comments, declared that he would be registering a complaint on my behalf, and took photos of the offending areas. If anyone from A2Z is reading this, I spent £8 at a car wash and then had to finish the job at home because that didn't get all the muck off. Despite this, I'd still use the service again.
