Great service even at 4 in the morning. Out the drop off area straight onto bus. 5 mins later in airport. Same coming back easy to find where car was parked. Would highly recommend

Not so easy to find the drop off car park. Went past several times. Once found, easy pick up of driver, then helped remove bags from car. Only 1 piece of paperwork to sign. Return journey, rang office instant answer, 10 minutes car arrived. Couldn’t find the original document under pressure as had so many paper bits after flying!! Passport was sufficient for evidence to collect car (eventually). Overall, a good experience.

Didn't have to wait too long to be taken to airport, or to be picked up. Very simple and easy process, would use again.

Best park and ride I have ever used and I’ve used quite a few! Helpful and super friendly staff, easy drop off and pick up. Only thing beyond their control is the Slough traffic so leave plenty of time. Definitely recommend.

Overall a good experience. Drop off instructions for lane to take at the airport building didn't seem to meet actual layout (might have been me). Similarly, on arrival the written instructions said to go to one level of the car park while telephone instructions appeared to say a different car park level. This is confusing to someone who is in a very noisy arrival hall, after a 13 hour + flight. Need to review written instructions and make staff aware of a above. However both instances above were irritations rather than major problems

Drop off and pick up were carried out quickly and in a most efficient and friendly manner.

Worked perfectly. Only had to wait a few minutes for our car to arrive once we cleared baggage claim.

The shuttle driver were really helpful and friendly.

I was worried as never used this service before but it was perfect and even though our flight was delayed returning to 1am the Chauffer was friendly happy and waiting for us Can't recommend it enough

Friendly staff and great service, transport to terminal 4 was quick and efficient. Pick up from the airport was easy and quick, called the number provided on arrival and transport back to the car park was waiting for me at terminal 4 car park.

Best car parking I’ve used so far. This was the second time. Car wasn’t ready but that was my fault as I had put the wrong return date, but was soon sorted out. Many thanks
