Easiest park and fly service I have ever used. When we arrived, the drop off was quick and easy and the minibus was there waiting for us. Upon arriving back at terminal 5, I called the car park as soon as we landed and were told to go straight to the bus stop as the minibus was on its way. Waited at the bus stop for less than 2 minutes and the bus was there to collect us. Upon arriving at the car park, my car was already in the collection area and I was on my way home within 5 minutes. Great service and highly recommend.

The only minor issue was drop off, where I wasn't 100% sure if I was in the right place. However, I told them where I was nd they were there in a couple of minutes

Drop of was a little chaotic - we waited an hour at Heathrow for someone to pick up the car - Worse part was that no one answered the phone and mail box was full so you could leave messages. Pick up Brilliant - Need to work on customer services when things go wrong.

Great service. The bus was waiting for us when we arrived. The driver was very friendly and helpful. To top the experience our car had been moved to a bay closer to the drop off. I would definitely use again!

We had no issues with the whole process. There was a change to our booking and when I called them it was no issue for them to amend. Very happy with the service.

Only down side was pick up, small mini bus would only pick up people on their phone call list and leave people waiting while they had empty seats left on the mini bus

Excellent service

It was not mentioned by staff that we had to pay more for car park if we had arrived to the car park earlier than 15min before was to be collected. To pick up the car we had to wait nearly 30min for driver to arrive.
