Can’t fault the service really it was great and very reasonable and despite us changing the holiday dates so many times due to covid there were no issues to change the dates even though we ended up going over Christmas instead

Efficient and rapid service. Definitely, great value for the price charged.

Generally good but on both drop off and collection we were told to wait in the wrong car park row. We realised this was wrong when we saw the signs and desk for off-airport parking at the other end of the level. Otherwise this is a decent service offering good value for money.

Fabulous service from start to finish. However all passengers were charged £5 on dropping off their cars when this only applies to each car rather than per person. It means they are overcharging and making a significant profit!

No problem on drop off or pick up. We are a return customer so knew the process well and it was an efficient service. There was a problem making the reservation and difficulty booking on line and had to do this over the phone which wasn’t ideal as it too longer than usual.

Very efficient, we were very early, but as we rang 30 mins before we arrived, they were waiting for us as we arrived, and again we let them know once we had out cases & they said they would be 15 mins, they were very punctual. Really nice drivers & great service. Thank you.

Excellent service

At drop-off the driver was waiting for us as we had been delayed by heavy traffic on the M25. At pick-up the driver arrived with our car just as we reached Level 5 to collect it. It could not have gone any smoother. Given all the extra hassle and complications due to COVID-19 that we had to endure in order to travel to Spain over the October half term, the 'Meet & Greet' service provided by Geo Parking was the one element which was punctual, efficient and trouble free. Based on our experience I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Professional and courteous. Kept informed about times and additional charges if we arrived early and rang to check when our return was delayed. Super service.

Helpfully, as we were staying at the Premier Inn (Heathrow) the first niget, they dropped us off there which made matters easier. The pick up was excellent and easy and given it was rush hour around London on a Friday, they knew the shortcuts. Thanks everyone.
