It was the best airport parking service I’ve ever used! When we arrived at the airport, on departure and arrival, they were with us within 5 minutes. It was an efficient handover and the staff were friendly. It was great value for money too. I’ve already booked my summer holiday parking with them and recommended them to 2 friends who have also booked. Fab service- thank you.

A2Z Airport Parking: I called 20 minutes before my arrival as instructed to inform them of my arrival time. I was told someone would be there to meet me. This was unfortunately a lie. I waited for 30 minutes before someone arrived to collect my car. If I had been told it would be a 30 minute wait when I rang I could have made alternative arrangements. I was subsequently phoned and asked if I could drive my car from the airport drop of to the car park the valet was currently at as that would be 'quicker for me than waiting.' I tried to do this but got lost in the airport and ended in the wrong car park. I was then lambasted by the staff for ending up in the wrong place. I had to leave my keys in the car and head off in fear of missing my plane. I then ran into the staff and had to double back to show him to my car. As a result I was late for my plane had to rush through security had no time to eat and subsequently my entire flight was ruined. Upon my return I had to wait an entire hour from landing to receiving my car. Again rather than just telling me I'd have a long wait staff alluding to being almost there which was untrue. Absolutely appalling service. I implore you not to use them.

Good Service Value for money

So I would give 5/5 as the staff were extremely friendly and they were so so helpful, I was late arriving to the airport and they were there at 5 am to answer my call and move my booking. It was such an easy process to drive to the terminal and have someone waiting there to collect my car; as well as someone there to pick up my car on my arrivals. I was however not impressed that someone had drunk n my car and split drink all over my gear stick - please do not drink or eat in my car and if you spill anything, to clean up!

Last minute booking. Far cheaper than the other sites offers. Easy drop off process. Punctual. Return was even easier with the car ready and waiting for us upon arrival Super efficient and friendly staff

Overall the experience was friendly, easy to use and communication was excellent. Had to wait for return of car having called twice to confirm we had landed. fortunately it wasn’t raining.

I have not recieved an invoice as the e mails didnt come through so for me i can not use this company again as i need the invoice

Drop off was very quick and efficient. Driver was there almost immediately as we arrived so little waiting. Pick up again had a short wait but the driver asked us to meet at the airport drop off point which was different to the printed instructions. Everywhere here said no picking up so we were a bit concerned we'd get a fine!

I have been using the long stay at Gatwick for 3 years now and although it has served its purpose your car park is far superior. The location and staff is fantastic. The drivers are polite and helpful and the overall service is unbeatable. Good job APH
