This was the first time we had used a meet and greet parking service and so didn't know what to expect. The whole process was so quick and easy and the staff were great I will definitely be using them again.

My overall experience was good was there confusion over the time I would be dropping off. As I phone 20min before as per the paper work said. The gentleman who I phone had the hump because his college was waiting another 5min due to me being held up traffic. Part from that I was happy with the process and the services. If wasn’t for this full stars.

Poor signage to the Car park, it is easy to miss the right turn

I have used meet & greet service previously with other providers, but, Rapid Parking Ltd exceeded my expectations. They were proactive - calling me to check my ETA to T5, as I was arriving at T5, the driver called me to identify herself. It was a similar professional experience on my return. Overall, an excellent service...very well done Rapid Parking.

Driver was waiting when I arrived,my morning flight back was cancelled had to take evening one back,rang up to change pick up time no problem at all,no extra charge, Great service overall

Car park itself was a very clumsy at the top of the car park in the cold and I was playing hide and seek for signage to direct me up to the correct level. No indoor waiting area so everything was done in open air. A bit rough and tough but was certainly an acceptable service. It was much cheaper than others and so it was in keeping. Nothing detrimental or adverse to mention.

Very reasonable compared to other prices. Was clear in instructions/directions to stay right to get to level 4 and they were there when arrived. Had a short (10-15 min) wait on collection hence 4* for that but wasn't the end of the world. Would use again. Thanks!

We had a lot of choice for valet parking at Heathrow. We chose A2Z because of the reviews. We were not wrong. Everything we read was true, a friendly and efficient service provided by a small family business. We could not have wanted a smoother experience and would use again without a doubt. The drop-off process wasn't too bad. Though We had to wait a little for the driver to pick the car up. Our return was very smooth. We came in on a different flight which landed in terminal 2 rather than our previous flight that was suppose to land in terminal 5. The person on the other end of the phone was very helpful and the driver was excellent too.

Easy reasonable lovely staff

I thought the staff could be more welcoming and friendly. Customer service goes a long way, especially since people are off on their holidays they don't want this negativity. Apart from that, I will be returning since this is easy and value for money.

Literally can't fault the service. Driver was waiting for us on drop-off outside the terminal (didn't catch his name sorry!) and Anita brought the car back to us on our return. It was a quick, efficient and friendly service that I will definitely use again.

With 2 young children in pushchairs plus 3 cases meet and greet was a great option for us. The only issue was needing a trolley for our cases and there weren't any by the area where we dropped the car off. The return of our car upon arriving home was very swift and it arrived just as we did!

Expected to have to drop car off at Exeter meet and greet and then walk back to hotel but they very kindly offered to collect car from hotel. Flight back was almost midnight but car was waiting for us and representative was friendly and efficient

Good service - only comment is to be aware of the extra £4 fee to payable for exiting the car park after collection - It's not highlighted until the booking process is finalized.
