Took too long for bringing the car to the airport, made us to wait for over 40 minutes outside in the cold weather opposed to 15 when called to announce my arrival, other than that good value for the money paid A bit more clarity on the waiting time will be much appreciated as better to wait inside the airport instead outside frustrated

It was a little hard to find on the sat nav but the service was brilliant. Transport tot he airport from the car park was spacious and on the return the driver was there to pick us promptly after our call. I would definitely use Hunters again. THANKS

GOOD AND PROMPT

Waiting 35 mins for our car to be delivered when we arrived back was not appreciated. Our flight had been delayed but nevertheless there did not seem to be enough staff working to collect cars to return. You pay extra for meet and greet expecting to get away from the airport quickly. We’d have been quicker using long stay. Not great.

Good location in Slough. Good service from staff on drop off and pick up. No problems with my car. Drive to the airport in shuttle minibus was not to a high standard - however return drive was better. Slightly concerned by large crack in windscreen of shuttle minibus - this was not addressed in the 2 week period I was away

Good value and very easy and although we waited a few minutes on our return, the car was still delivered on our estimated time. They should offer a valet service. Would have been great to drive home in a clean car

Thought this would be a disaster and my car would be dumped and lost in a muddy field in Sussex. It was actually quite good surprisingly good and cheap as chips will certainly used them again!

Excellent service - pick up and drop off right at the terminal. Drivers both time very friendly and the whole process was super easy. I always used heathrow long stay before but using Parking box from now on!

Very good service, if the cars could be cleaned before pick up the service would be fantastic.

O had no problems whatsoever. Left the car with them at the car park and it was there waiting for me on my return. Looks like there is a sectioned off area at the top of the car park. I assume it was left there. Not sure if they have an overflow area if full.

A slight bit of confusion over understanding where the pick up point would be...but once we managed to sort that, everything else was so easy. Much prefer this service to using the car parks...and exceptionally good prices too! I'll be travelling again next month and will definitely be using ParkingBoxLtd again. Highly recommended!!
