My only gripe was that when I went to collect my car, it was so tightly packed in that I couldn't access my vehicle from the driver's side. I had to climb in from the passenger side. As i'm no longer as fit as I was when I was 21 years old, this was no easy task. So speaking for the ageing population, this needs addressed.

Only downside was the lack of exterior lighting which made the car park difficult to spot at night. This is apparently due to the local council that considers it preferable to have customers driving up and down the road rather than allow a small illuminated sign. No problem in daylight, of course. In all other respects this business model is the gold standard of meet and greet and will be my first choice every time.

Good service. Only the driving to airport and back was a little bit dangerous.

Drop off was a bit confusing as the lady who's based at the airport parking is a bit difficult to get contact due to her being busy, other than that it was fine. Drop off was very efficient but I think that was because I was their first customer at 6:30am so no traffic. It was the cheapest price I found for a meet and greet but have paid cheaper at LHR.

The drop off person was brusque but the pick up staff were helpful. A sign by the lift to row S would be useful (people are tired after the flight)

A family holiday made easier. Drove 3 cars to Heathrow where we were met by 3 lovely gentleman. They told us to have a lovely holiday and just ring when we return after collecting our luggage. After a short wait whilst they returned with our vehicles we were on our way home. Would definitely recommend and use again. Many thanks 🙂

Friendly driver met us at the car park took our car away. Phoned to say we had arrived back and didn’t have to wait very long considering we had three cars in total to pick up. Definitely going to use them again. Thank you 🙂

The Wizpark team are consistently polite and helpful. Drop off: chap was not immediately there but appeared within two minutes as promised when I called them. Collect: took about 15 minutes for chap to show up from when I cleared customs and called in. Heathrow Terminal 3 drop off and collect locations were very clear (Departures Drop Off lane). Car was returned in same condition as when collected. All in all I would have to be insane to choose a conventional Park & Ride service rather than Wizpark, which worked out around the same price as Park & Ride. I'll be using them again. And, I have no personal connections to the Wizpark folk - this is an independent review.

Fantastic service. Made parking as painless as it could possibly be and great value too. Also went the extra mile helping the family with luggage as I was on crutches. Only two little hitches, The entrance to the pick up point is directly after the entrance barrier so meeting point very easily missed, and pick up was a little longer than expected but overall good service with friendly staff even during the early hours of the morning, I would definitely use them again

Great service for the money. Had to wait 20mins to be picked up but was informed of this on the phone. Only thing I have to say is that the car was covered in bird poo! All good otherwise.

I cant find enough words to describe how good the CopHall Parking was. I am very happy to use them again in the near future .

It is a very good service. Guys at the parking site were efficient and friendly. The guy who came to pick us up from the airport, behaved as though he was forced to be at work. Very unfriendly and unhelpful. Please don't send such drivers who are having a bad day> They spoil the experience for us.

Great service the driver was waiting as i approached the airport and i only had to wait 5 mins for the car to arrive. The car did have quite alot of bird mess on it when it was returned though, but no damage. Drivers were polite and professional.

Excellent service

All worked well, but there were no yellow vests anywhere, just a yellow van. Also, staff could have been more accommodating and friendly. Otherwise, all was well and the service much appreciated.
