Very good service, well raccomended

Least hassle we’ve ever had with airport valet parking - will use you again! Shame you don’t operate at Heathrow too.

Drop off was quick and straight forward. The chauffeur was there to meet us at the depot. Courteous and uniformed. We drove to the airport (North Terminal (10 mins away) where he did the paperwork and photographed inspection of the car, after which he drove it away. On our return, which was around 12.30am at night, we telephoned Tudor Rose who told us they would be at the airport in about 10 mins. Sure enough they arrived within that window with a very courteous, uniformed driver who quickly handed over the vehicle. The car had only done about 4 miles since drop off! It is an excellent service and good value for money and I would highly recommend it. I will definitely use Tudor Rose again.

Parking box were easily contacted. Initially I was concerned as my inbound flight was delayed and I did not land until my initial pickup time. Phoned the office and this wasn't an issue at all just call when through baggage collection and the car was returned to me within 10-15 minutes. Will definitely be using ParkingBox again

Perfect drop-off: they were spot on and on the ball. They also called me to check on my distance before I called them, which I appreciated greatly. Drop-off collection was very timely too. Pick-up was not as perfect. Nobody answered on the phone on the first two attempts. This is not very professional and could generate anxiety to people returning from a trip. It took a good 40 minutes to wait until the car was back. 20 minutes more than they said it would take. Worst thing of all, the car was returned with empty tank (0 miles left according to the computer). I had left a quarter of tank in. Overall, I would reuse this service again mainly for the excellent quality of the drop-off, but I recommend better communication on return. To travellers, better go with a full tank: part of the low price is compensated by distance of parking.

The drop off process is slightly hampered by timings. You cannot tell exact time of arrival at drop off point. Apart from that everything went smoothly. I will use this service again and recommend my friends as well. Mr Thapa

The drop off process was marred slightly by the directions given to us in the blurb sent by A2Z, it sent us to the wrong place to meet the driver who was to pick up our car. The driver tried to explain where he was, but by this time we had gone past his location (which would have been a much easier spot for us to enter the terminal). The driver was very helpful and came to us in the end, and despite having to re-schedule our arrival time more than once due to exceptionally heavy traffic on our way to the airport, he was very friendly and efficient. The pick-up was very prompt and totally without incident as we were by then wiser as to where the drivers expect you to meet them. The car was pretty much as we'd left it, with 11 miles added to the clock which I thought was quite reasonable. No hesitation in recommending this service at all.

I would use this service again especially when travelling with younger kids. Pick up was good. We had to look for the guy at first. It would help if they were in uniform and was easily identifiable e.g. Red Jacket . We were told to ring when we got our bags on the return leg but then to be told they would be 20-25 minutes with the car. The car turned up in 15 min though. So I would ring as soon as you land but overall a good service.

Overall, the experience was exactly what I expected. A no frills, cost effective option. Its based in a shopping centre car park in Slough, which is initially a bit odd. Drop-off and pick-up take a bit more time (wasted loads of time trying to get out of the car park) but it's much cheaper than the official airport park and rides. A couple of guys we shared the pick-up transfer with were complaining about it not being clear that this is not affiliated with the airport and that the cars were not located nearby. However, the website is very clear so I think they were unjustified in their complaints. Not the most chatty or friendly staff, but courteous and did the job. I'd use again.
