Very good service, value for money - certainly would recommend.

Difficult to locate with satnav,ended up at wrong park but helpfully redirected. Cars either side parked too closely made reversing out of my space very difficult. Need to remember which park you're parked in as served by different buses. Overall good value for money.

We had to wait a bit for our pick up guy but I think that was mainly because we arrived almost an hour earlier than scheduled. There was a slight amount of confusion about our booking but that didn't cause us much delay. When we returned the whole process went really smoothly and our car arrived very promptly. We thought it was great value for money and much easier, and cheaper, than parking in the long stay at Gatwick.

Always used Purple Parking Meet-and-Greet in the past which were also excellent but recently their prices have gone up a lot. Tried ParkingBox as they were much cheaper and their service was easily comparable but much better value. Will use ParkingBox from now on and recommend to others.

No problems with this service. Called them 20 minutes before we got there and they were waiting for us when we arrived. Called them as we got our luggage and didn't have to wait too long for them to bring the car back.

Easy, cheap.

The service itself was good. On the arrival the person answering the phone did manage to say they didn't have my booking, which wasn't true. The booking was found. Got a call to ask where we were when we arrived at the drop off, not what the instructions said, we had to wait a good ten minutes. To note, if you arrive early, you will need to wait for your pick up time, it will not be a flexible time. Overall ok, but wouldn't exactly call it flexible or seamless process.
