Car had been driven somewhere dirty and was spattered with mud Otherwise OK Could have done with a greetings sign for drop off

The guys who actually do the pick up and drop off were brilliant. So professional and on point. Only downside was the receptionist. Seemed extremely confused and made out that we didn’t have a booking. Giving me an unnecessary last min heart attack! We got there in the end.

Bit disappointed the representative was not there for us to hand over the key we have to leave the key with another company’s representative but as he had the key we left the car with him also as they said they didn’t do any body check but likely nothing went wrong

Did not have to wait long for the car to be picked up and whe we returned they dropped off the car which was in a clean condition when originally given. I will use. This company again as it was fast reliable and friendly service which is what you want a piece of mind and trust in a company to look after you car. Thank you for a great service.

Great service, very friendly

Excellent value for money, but add 4 pounds of the exit fee to your total bill. Our drop off was smooth and efficient . However for pick up the receptionist forgot to send the driver following my initial call from the baggage reclaim. Hence had to wait for 30 minutes , but otherwise very good service. Perhaps they should also offer car cleaning service as well.

We had to make 2 calls 35 minutes apart to collect our car as it took 40 minutes to come back to us. Unfortunately it was very cold & there are only 3 metal seats in the car park with no real waiting area. Drop off was excellent

Located some distance away from the airport, journey time to and from Terminal 4 talk about 20 minutes so pickup took slightly longer than closer parking

Great price but I called 30 minutes before I got to the airport and they said they would be there but they were not. I called again and a different person said they had not received my call and they would be there in 10 minutes,45 minutes later I was still waiting. When the driver turned up he made no apologies, he didn't say anything to us. On our return we had to wait a long time for our but our flight was delayed and they didn't have a driver free. When he did turn up he was very apologetic and friendly.

It was really easy to drop our car and it was ready when we arrived. We didn't have to wait. I will use it again next time I fly from Gatwick.

Easy to get to with satnav and easy transfer as they drive us in their van and collected us too. I recognised the white van on pick up and he phoned us to say he was there waiting for us

fantastic service

Excellent value for money, staff couldn't do enough, only slight negative was having to wait outside for for what seemed aan age but in hind sight, given we didn't need to wait for any baggage to come through we really should have phoned when we landed. Overall great value though.

The parking and drop off was so busy when I arrived I got a bit lost trying to get into the multi storey car park, but I called the staff and they were very attentive in helping me negotiate my way through all the traffic to get into the right lane. Very helpful staff.

A really easy drop off and pick up process. Our flight was diverted to a different airport due to Gatwick being closed, I called to let them know and it was no problem and we simply picked the car up when we made it back to Gatwick with no extra charges for it running into the next day. Would use them again!
